AF Blakemore & Son Ltd needs to collect and use personal data about people including past, present and prospective customers in order to carry on its business and meet its customers' requirements effectively. We recognise that the lawful and correct treatment of personal data is very important to successful operations and to maintaining our customer's confidence in ourselves. 2. Information we may collect from you
2.1. Information you give us: When you become a customer and fill in forms on our website (www.blakemorewholesale.net) or hard copy application forms or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise then we may collect and process personal data about you. This includes information when you place an order or search for a product, enter competitions or surveys or report a problem. The information you give us may include your name, age, address, e-mail address, home and/or mobile telephone number, financial, bank and credit card information, your AF Blakemore sign on passwords and customer numbers. We may also use geo-location data that identifies your location within the UK if you have enabled this function on your computer or smart phone. We may also collect data using CCTV surveillance in our depots.

3.1. We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or other services we provide, from AF Blakemore & Son Ltd or from third parties we work with such as sub-contractors we may use in technical, payment and delivery services, analytics providers, search information providers, advertising networks and credit reference agencies.

We may anonymise the data we hold about you or your business and share it with our suppliers for their own marketing activities. We may want to measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you and others, and to deliver relevant advertising to you.
5.4. To improve our internal website and mobile app operations we may use your information to include troubleshooting, data analysis, carry out testing, research and statistical and survey purposes.
5.5. Where You use EPOS or place orders directly with us using an electronic ordering system then We may automatically collect and use sales and purchase data to analyse sales of our products. We may anonymise this data and share it with selected suppliers for the same purpose.

6. Disclosure of your information
6.1. We may share your information with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
6.2. We may share your information with selected third parties for the performance of our contractual obligations with you such as Drop Shipment suppliers, analytics and search engine providers that assist us with improvement and optimisation of our site and credit reference agencies.

7. Where we store your data
